Select the date and shift that works best for you. Volunteers will help with guest check-in, parking, grounds, installations, the farm stand and other event-day needs. As a thank-you for your time, volunteers who complete their scheduled shift will receive a complimentary 1-carload General Admission pass ($40 value).

9:30 am - 1:00 pm
12:45 pm - 4:15 pm
 
Volunteer Shift Commitment
The Art of Gathering is an outdoor event, and volunteer positions will primarily take place outside. Please dress appropriately for the weather and come prepared to be actively engaged and attentive to our guests throughout your shift. Depending on your assigned role, you may be welcoming and directing guests, assisting with check-in, monitoring event areas, helping with parking, answering questions or assisting wherever needed.
 
Cancellations & Schedule Changes
We understand that plans can change! If you are no longer able to volunteer for your scheduled shift, you may cancel your shift online up to 48 hours before your scheduled start time. Canceling as early as possible allows us time to open your spot to another volunteer and make sure we have the coverage we need.
 
Volunteer shifts cannot be rescheduled online. If you would like to volunteer for a different date or time, please cancel your existing shift (if you are within the cancellation window) and book a new available shift through our Volunteer Calendar.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your shift due to an emergency or unexpected situation, please call or text Crystal at 440-668-7427 as soon as possible so we have as much time as possible to find a replacement.

Shift Reminders & Confirmation
You will receive a text reminder after booking online, approximately one week before your scheduled shift and again two days prior. When you receive these reminders, we would greatly appreciate a quick reply confirming that you are still available and planning to attend. This helps us make sure every area is covered and gives us time to make adjustments if needed.

By reserving a volunteer shift, you’re making a commitment to be present and available for the full scheduled shift.
