Meet the Instructors
The Yogis of Holmesteading Farms

Sarah is a wife and proud mom of 4 boys. She became certified as a 200 hour yoga instructor in 2024 and has been with the farm for 3 seasons. Outside of yoga she likes to go to the gym, read, game, and play with her kids.

Ricky is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher who has been teaching in the Cleveland area since 2021. He primarily offers all-levels vinyasa and restorative classes, as well as various workshops. His classes emphasize mindful breath and movement, balance of mind/body/spirit, and grounded relaxation. In addition to yoga training, Ricky earned a bachelors degree in physiology from Ohio University and is a certified Thai massage practitioner.

Greta has been teaching yoga since 2017 and is fully committed to helping students find their inner baaa-lance—even if a goat is nibbling their hair-tie. With degrees from both Miami University & Cambridge College in Boston + 20 years teaching middle schoolers in Cleveland, Ohio, she’s mastered the art of staying calm, flexible, and unflappable in truly kid-like chaos. A mom of three boys who loves live music, travel, and a good laugh, she brings the greatest of all time goat yoga energy, encouraging everyone to breathe deep, laugh often, and remember: if a goat hops on your back, congratulations—you’re doing it right.

I began practicing yoga in 2010 and it quickly became a grounding force in my life. Over the years, yoga has supported me through my own recovery journey, serving as a steady source of healing and connection. As a teacher, I guide students through slow and intentional practices that emphasize breath-aligned movement. My approach is deeply rooted in mindfulness and body awareness, creating space for individuals to explore and reconnect with themselves. With a strong passion for mental health, I am especially drawn to supporting those navigating emotional or psychological challenges. In my professional life, I balance my roles as a yoga teacher and a patent paralegal—blending structure with soul.
