Private Baby Goat Yoga
What is Baby Goat Yoga?
Baby Goat Yoga is a playful, feel-good experience that blends gentle yoga, relaxation, and quality time with our friendly baby goats. As you move through a lighthearted yoga flow, goats roam freely, climb, cuddle, and bring lots of laughs and animal-therapy vibes. It’s less about perfect poses and more about having fun.

Who leads the yoga class?
Your session will be led by one of our certified yoga instructors. All instructors offer accessible, welcoming classes with modifications for all levels.
Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all. Baby Goat Yoga is beginner-friendly and intentionally relaxed. You’re welcome to participate as much—or as little—as you’d like. Some guests stretch, some cuddle goats, some do both.
What should I wear?
Dress for the weather and wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Goats are curious, playful, and not concerned about personal space.
What should I bring?
-
Yoga mat
-
Water
-
Phone or camera (best kept in a pocket when not in use)
What should I NOT bring or wear?
-
Visible jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets)
-
Loose hair (please tie hair back—goats love to nibble)
-
Valuable or sentimental items
Friendly warning: goats may chew, climb, pee, poop, or steal items and run away proudly. It is a farm, so there will be chickens roaming, momma goats watching or our very friendly guardian dog Ranger begging for a belly rub.
Will the goats interact with me?
Yes! Goats roam freely throughout the session. You’re welcome to hold, pet, and interact with them. Farm staff will be present to assist, help position goats for photos,
Can I take photos and videos?
Absolutely! Take as many photos and videos as you’d like.
Please note: the farm may take photos for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know—we’re happy to respect your request.
Is the farm responsible for damage to clothing or belongings?
By booking a session, you acknowledge that Holmesteading Farms is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items caused by goats.
