Come explore, gather, and capture your own memories at The Art of Gathering at Holmesteading Farms. Your $40 General Admission ticket covers one vehicle and up to 7 guests arriving together. Your admission includes: * Entry for up to 7 guests in one vehicle * One parking space * Access to all Art of Gathering photo installations * Plenty of opportunities to explore and take your own photos throughout the experience Your Arrival Window When booking, you will select a 30-minute ARRIVAL window. You must arrive during the 30-minute window you selected. Your scheduled window is your arrival time — not the length of your visit. Once you arrive, plan to spend approximately 45–60 minutes exploring, enjoying the installations, and taking photos. For example: If you book the 10:00–10:30 AM arrival window, you may arrive anytime between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. Once you arrive, you’ll have approximately 45–60 minutes to enjoy the experience. Staggered arrival times are important because they help us manage parking and prevent too many guests from arriving at the installations at once. Please do not arrive before or after your reserved arrival window. Rescheduling Your Visit Plans change! If you need to select a different available date or arrival window, you may reschedule your own reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. * Use the link provided in your booking confirmation email to manage your reservation and select another available time. * Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. Reservations cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of your booked time. * Rain or Shine · Non-Refundable Tickets The Art of Gathering is an outdoor, rain-or-shine experience. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please check the weather and plan accordingly. If the forecast isn’t looking like the experience you had in mind, you may use the link in your confirmation email to move your reservation to another available date or time, as long as the change is made at least 24 hours in advance. Weather conditions within the 24-hour window do not qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Group Size One General Admission ticket covers one vehicle with up to 7 guests. Groups of more than 7 guests will need to purchase an additional General Admission vehicle ticket.

Rescheduling * Reservations may be rescheduled to another available date or time at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. Use the link in your booking confirmation email to make changes to your reservation. * Reservations cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time. All rescheduling is subject to availability. No Refunds All ticket and photographer pass purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be refunded for schedule changes, missed arrival windows, no-shows, or weather. Rain or Shine The Art of Gathering is an outdoor, rain-or-shine experience. Please check the forecast and dress accordingly. If you’d prefer to visit on another day due to the forecast, you may reschedule through your confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Photographer Passes Photographer 2-Hour Passes are valid only for the reserved date and time. Each pass includes 4 client vehicle passes. Up to 2 additional client vehicle passes may be purchased for $40 each. Photographers are responsible for scheduling their clients within their reserved block and providing their clients with the appropriate vehicle passes. Weather & Farm Conditions The Art of Gathering takes place on a working farm and primarily outdoors. Conditions may include uneven ground, grass, gravel, mud, farm animals, insects, and changing weather. Please plan footwear and clothing accordingly. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this booking policy. Substitutions: If you can’t attend, you are always welcome to send someone in your place at no additional charge. If possible, please notify us in advance with the substitute’s name. Farm-Initiated Changes: In the unlikely event that Holmesteading Farms must cancel or reschedule, participants will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future session.
