Service Description
Your $100 Photographer 2-Hour Pass reserves a full two-hour block to use The Art of Gathering installations for photos and includes admission for 4 guest vehicles during your reserved time. You do not need to be a professional photographer—or a photographer at all—to book this pass. It’s available to anyone who would like more time and flexibility to photograph at The Art of Gathering. Your 2-Hour Pass Includes: * One reserved 2-hour block * Non-exclusive access to all Art of Gathering photo installations during your reserved time * 4 guest vehicle passes to use throughout your two-hour block * One parking space for the pass holder * The flexibility to schedule your own guests or photo sessions throughout your reserved time * The option to purchase up to 2 additional guest vehicle passes for $40 each * Your guests do not need to purchase General Admission tickets. Your 2-Hour Block When booking, you will select one available two-hour pass: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM 12:00–2:00 PM 2:00–4:00 PM Your pass is valid for the full two-hour block you reserve. Your four included guest vehicles should arrive at different times throughout your block. To help us manage parking and guest flow, please stagger guest arrivals rather than having all vehicles arrive at the same time. The pass holder is responsible for coordinating their guests and providing each guest with the appropriate vehicle pass and arrival information. Need More Guest Vehicle Passes? If you need additional vehicles, you may purchase up to 2 additional guest vehicle passes in the add-on section of checkout for $40 each, allowing for a maximum of 6 guest vehicles during your two-hour block. Rescheduling Your Pass * Plans change! You may reschedule your pass to another available date or two-hour block up to 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. * Use the link provided in your booking confirmation email to manage your reservation and select another available block. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. * Passes cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the reserved block. * All changes are subject to availability. Rain or Shine · Non-Refundable The Art of Gathering is an outdoor, rain-or-shine experience. All pass sales are final and non-refundable. Please check the weather and plan accordingly. Weather conditions within the 24-hour window do not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling * Reservations may be rescheduled to another available date or time at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. Use the link in your booking confirmation email to make changes to your reservation. * Reservations cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time. All rescheduling is subject to availability. No Refunds All ticket and photographer pass purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be refunded for schedule changes, missed arrival windows, no-shows, or weather. Rain or Shine The Art of Gathering is an outdoor, rain-or-shine experience. Please check the forecast and dress accordingly. If you’d prefer to visit on another day due to the forecast, you may reschedule through your confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Photographer Passes Photographer 2-Hour Passes are valid only for the reserved date and time. Each pass includes 4 client vehicle passes. Up to 2 additional client vehicle passes may be purchased for $40 each. Photographers are responsible for scheduling their clients within their reserved block and providing their clients with the appropriate vehicle passes. Weather & Farm Conditions The Art of Gathering takes place on a working farm and primarily outdoors. Conditions may include uneven ground, grass, gravel, mud, farm animals, insects, and changing weather. Please plan footwear and clothing accordingly. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this booking policy. Substitutions: If you can’t attend, you are always welcome to send someone in your place at no additional charge. If possible, please notify us in advance with the substitute’s name. Farm-Initiated Changes: In the unlikely event that Holmesteading Farms must cancel or reschedule, participants will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future session.
