Photographer Season Pass

Your Photographer Season Pass gives you the flexibility to enjoy The Art of Gathering throughout the season with up to five separate 2-hour sessions.

You do not need to be a professional photographer—or a photographer at all—to purchase a Season Pass. It’s available to anyone who would like multiple opportunities to photograph, create, or bring guests to The Art of Gathering.

Your Season Pass Includes:

• Up to five reserved 2-hour sessions during The Art of Gathering season

• Non-exclusive access to all Art of Gathering photo installations during each reserved session

• 4 guest vehicle passes per 2-hour session

• One parking space for the Season Pass holder

• The flexibility to schedule your own guests or photo sessions throughout each reserved block

• The option to purchase up to 2 additional guest vehicle passes for $40 each, per session

• Your guests do not need to purchase General Admission tickets

Booking Your 2-Hour Sessions

After purchasing your Season Pass, your booking confirmation email will include a link that allows you to book and manage your sessions.

You may use your Season Pass to reserve up to five 2-hour sessions from available dates and times throughout the season.

Available blocks are:

10:00 AM–12:00 PM
12:00–2:00 PM
2:00–4:00 PM

You do not need to create an account or log in. Simply use the link provided in your confirmation email and the same email address used when purchasing your Season Pass to book or manage your sessions.

Please save your confirmation email and booking link, as you will use this link throughout the season to book and/or reschedule your sessions.

Guest Vehicles

Each reserved 2-hour session includes admission for 4 guest vehicles, plus one parking space for the Season Pass holder.

Your four included guest vehicles should arrive at different times throughout your two-hour block. To help us manage parking and guest flow, please stagger guest arrivals rather than having all vehicles arrive at the same time.

The Season Pass holder is responsible for coordinating their guests and providing each guest with the appropriate vehicle pass and arrival information.

Need More Guest Vehicle Passes?

For each reserved 2-hour session, you may purchase up to 2 additional guest vehicle passes for $40 each, allowing for a maximum of 6 guest vehicles per session.

Rescheduling Your Sessions

Plans change! Your Season Pass gives you the flexibility to manage your reservations throughout the season.

• You may reschedule a booked session to another available date or 2-hour block up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

• Use the link provided in your original confirmation email to book and/or manage your reservations.

• No login is required, but you must use the same email address used to purchase your Season Pass.

• Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

• Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the reserved block.

• All bookings and changes are subject to availability.

• All five sessions must be used during The Art of Gathering season and do not carry over.

Rain or Shine · Non-Refundable

The Art of Gathering is an outdoor, rain-or-shine experience.

All Season Pass sales are final and non-refundable. Please check the weather when scheduling your sessions and plan accordingly. Weather conditions within the 24-hour window do not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
